全軍創傷修復與組織再生重點實驗室

-組織修復與再生醫學實驗室簡介

組織修復與再生醫學實驗室(平臺)是全軍創傷修復與組織再生重點實驗室和北京市皮膚損傷修復與再生醫學重點實驗室的重要組成部分。主要從事皮膚、內臟等重要組織器官損傷后的修復與再生的基礎研究和臨床轉化應用研究等工作。主要領域涉及生長因子生物學、干細胞生物學、組織工程學、嚴重創傷重要內臟缺血性損傷的主動修復與再生研究等。

該實驗室的主要學術成績包括:在國內最早系統開展生長因子與創傷修復的基礎和臨床轉化研究,闡明了生長因子調控創傷修復與組織再生相關機制,牽頭參與了我國第一個用于創傷治療的生長因子基因工程國家一類新藥的大規模臨床試驗,與企業合作,推動了我國第一個用于創傷治療的基因工程國家一類新藥的生產和臨床應用;探明在嚴重創(戰)傷條件下機體重要內臟缺血性損傷發生機制以及基于這些機制建立有效的促進重要內臟損傷主動修復的實用方法和技術,最終應用于臨床患者治療;在國際著名醫學雜志Lancet首先報告了表皮細胞通過去分化途徑轉變為表皮干細胞的重要生物學現象,所帶領的團隊在國際上首先利用自體干細胞再生汗腺獲得成功,為解決嚴重創燒傷患者后期的出汗難題提供了基礎,被國際同行評價為“里程碑式的研究”。

以首席科學家身份獲國家973“創傷和組織修復與再生項目”、國家自然科學基金創新群體項目、國家杰出青年科學基金(1995)、國家自然科學基金重點項目、國家“863”項目、全軍“十二五”戰創傷重大項目等共計40余項;獲國家、軍隊和省部級二等獎以上科技成果獎21項,其中以第一完成人獲國家科技進步二等獎3項,軍隊和省部級科技進步一等獎3項。已主編出版《再生醫學:基礎與臨床》、《再生醫學:原理與實踐》和《現代創傷修復學》等大型學術專著12部。發表學術論文500余篇,其中SCI論文近120篇,包括Lancet和Science(中國再生醫學專輯)等國際著名雜志。

付小兵院士為該研究方向負責人。付小兵院士擔任解放軍總醫院生命科學院院長、基礎所所長,博士生導師,南開大學教授,中國醫科大學等國內10所大學客座教授。長期從事創傷修復與組織再生研究工作。擔任國際創傷愈合聯盟執委、國家自然科學基金評委和咨詢委員、國家科技進步獎評委、中華醫學會創傷學分會主任委員和全軍戰創傷專業委員會主任委員等學術職務。擔任《國際創傷修復與再生雜志》及中華創傷雜志(中、英文版)編委、副主編等20余個雜志職務。是國家973創傷和組織修復與再生項目、全軍“十二五”計劃重大項目首席科學家、國家自然科學基金創新群體負責人、國家杰出青年科學基金獲得者。主編學術專著12部,參加編著30余部,發表論文400余篇,其中SCI論文120余篇。以第一完成人獲國家科技進步二等獎3項?;窈瘟漢衛鸝蒲в爰際踅澆?、首屆全國百名優秀中青年醫學科技之星、求是杰出青年獎、工程院光華青年獎、總后十大杰出青年、科技金星等稱號。2008年獲“國際創傷修復研究終身成就獎”。榮立一等功1次。

該研究方向現有固定工作人員為8人,在讀博士后、博士、碩士生研究生以及客座研究人員20余人。其中正高級人員1名,副高級人員3名。

該研究方向(平臺)重點功能單元包括:干細胞誘導分化與組織再生技術、大規模細胞培養技術、組織工程構建技術、組織學和細胞生物學技術以及GLP實驗平臺等。

Brief Introduction about the Laboratory of Tissue Repair and Regeneration

 

The research fields in this laboratory have been focused on growth factors and tissue repair, stem cells and tissue regeneration, and repair of internal organ after trauma, firearm injuries, and burns. This laboratory has been supported in part by the National Basic Science and Development Program (973 Program), National High-Technique Program (863 Program), National Distinguished Young Scientists and National Natural Science Foundation of China. They have published over 500 scientific papers, including about 120 articles in international journals.

With major financial support from the National Natural Science Foundation of China and other important grants, this laboratory has made much progress in the fields of trauma, tissue repair and regeneration, especially in the fields of functions and the use of growth factors, and their effects in regulating wound healing; Work has been done on biological functions of stem cells, and the transformation of stem cells into functioning sweat gland cells for their future transplantation into newly formed epithelium after burn injury.

Dr. Fu is a professor and director of this laboratory. He is the director of the Institute of Basic Medical Science, College of Life Sciences, General Hospital of PLA (301st Hospital), Medical College of PLA. He is president of the Chinese Tissue Repair Society (CTRS) and the Chinese Trauma Society (CTS). He serves as a member of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the World Union of Wound Healing Societies (WUWHS), and also an editorial board member of international journals, including Wound Repair and Regeneration, International Wound Journal, International Lower Extremity Wound Journal, Advances in Wound Care, Science in China (Series C) and Chinese Medical Journal (English). As an editor in chief, he has published 12 books, including “Regenerative Medicine: Basic Principle and Practices”, “Modern Truamatology” etc. He has won numerous international and national prizes for his achievements in the past twenty years. Dr. Fu has been invited to give lecture in more than 12 countries, including the United States of America, Germany, Japan, United Kingdom, Italy, France, and Vietnam. He was a member of the Scientific Committee of the Third Joint Meeting of the European Tissue Repair Society and the Wound Healing Society held in Bordeaux, in 1999, and has been Scientific Committee Member of WUWHS congress in the past 12 years.

Dr. Fu was elected to the Chinese Academy of Engineering (Division of Medical and Health), in 2009.
